  • Deposits Are Non-Refundable Under Any Circumstances. Platinum Esthetics Requires At Least 48 Hours Notice To Make Any Changes To Your Appointment. We Allow You 1 Time To Reschedule Your Appointment Within 30 Days After Your Original Appointment Date, And We Will Transfer The DEPOSIT, But Only With 2 Day Prior Notice.
  • Same Day Cancellations & No Shows Will Cause A Forfeit To Your Deposit.
  • We Ask That You Please Arrive To Your Appointment On Time. If You Are More Than 15 Minutes Late,If You Are Going To Be Late Please Call So We Can Be Aware. Platinum Esthetics  Reserves The Right To Cancel Your Appointment And Your Deposit Will Not Be Refunded. If You Are Traveling From Far Please Leave Extra Time For Traffic.
  • For All New Appointments, We Charge Your Card A $100 Deposit In Order To Hold Your Appointment. This Amount Will Be Debited Immediately Upon Payment. You Must Pay The Remaining Balance During Your Initial Appointment. No Appointments Are Reserved Without The Deposit.
  • Due To Limited Seating Please Refrain From Bringing More Than 1 Person With You. All Guest Must Wait In The Waiting Room. NO FOOD ALLOWED.
  • If You Have Previous Microblading, Brow Tattoo, Or Any PMU Please Submit Pictures Before All Appointments Made. Send To Info.PlatinumEsthetics@gmail.com. Pricing Is Different For Those With Previous Work.
  • Healed Results Will Vary With Each Individual Client. We Have No Control Over What Occurs During The Healing Process. Additional Touch Ups Can Be Required, Because There Are Many Factors To Cosmetic Tattoo Healing Process That We Can Not Control, And While We Typically Have Beautiful Healed Results On Our Clients We Can Not Guarantee That Permanent Makeup Procedure Will Fully Replace All The Makeup Products You Use.
